Process Plant Equipment Division
PPED is a leading manufacturing and engineering partner specializing in the design, fabrication, and supply of process plant equipment for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. With extensive expertise in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, PPED provides reliable engineering and fabrication services for onshore, offshore, and marine applications.
Located in Dubai Industrial City 2, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans over 23,000 sq. meters across three dedicated fabrication bays, equipped with advanced fabrication technologies and supported by a team of highly experienced engineers and industry professionals.

From Inquiry to Handover in Five Controlled Stages
Stage 1 — Client Engagement & Estimation
Inquiry received, CRM data logging, estimation & costing, internal technical review, quotation submission, and client confirmation / LPO.
Stage 2 — Order Processing & Shop Drawings
Order acknowledgment, technical kickoff, preparation of shop drawings, internal QA review, submission to client/consultant, and final IFC approval.
Stage 3 — Planning & Production
ERP & order management update, material procurement planning, production execution, and QA/QC checks at every stage.
Stage 4 — Site Execution & Logistics
Accounts coordination, dispatch to site, MIR submission, installation at site with supervision, and WIR post-installation inspection.
Stage 5 — Completion & Handover
Final inspection & certification, invoicing & accounts, document submission with as-built drawings, and official project handover.
